Top Bookies Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Top Bookies ("we", "us", "the platform") and any person ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses or uses the Top Bookies website, mobile app or any related services.

Top Bookies is an online betting and gaming platform designed for players in Pakistan. The platform offers sports betting — with a particular focus on cricket, PSL, T20 and international matches — alongside a full game lobby including slots, live casino, crash games and instant win titles. All account balances and transactions are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. We reserve the right to update them at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Top Bookies, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Top Bookies is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit use by anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be the person you claim to be. Registering under a false name, using someone else's identity or providing misleading personal information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from using online betting or gaming platforms. It is your sole responsibility to check the applicable laws in your location before using Top Bookies.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any form of legal guardianship or incapacity, you are not permitted to use the platform.

Top Bookies reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any stage. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or closed, and any unprocessed withdrawal requests may be held pending verification.

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a variation of your name or under another identity — is not allowed. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any associated balances may be voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address and preferred payment method. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share them with anyone. Top Bookies will never contact you asking for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately via live chat.

Top Bookies may from time to time request additional documentation to verify your identity or the source of your funds. This is a standard part of responsible platform operation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account or the withholding of withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits

Top Bookies accepts deposits in PKR only. The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Available methods and any applicable minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Top Bookies is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your bank.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is not permitted.

Top Bookies does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or transaction charges. You are responsible for checking these with your provider before depositing.

Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. If you believe a deposit was made incorrectly, contact support as soon as possible with transaction details. We will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee reversal in all cases.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made through the platform at any time, subject to the conditions set out here and on the Withdrawal page. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed.

Withdrawals are subject to the following general conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Pending verification may delay processing.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before those funds can be withdrawn.
• Top Bookies may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts. This is standard procedure and is not an indication of any problem with your account.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Estimated timeframes are shown on the Withdrawal page. Delays caused by the payment provider or your bank are outside our control.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the platform at the time of request.

Top Bookies reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to respond.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Top Bookies offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions including cricket-related offers during PSL and T20 seasons. All active promotions are listed on the Promotions page.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the Promotions page.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire within a stated period. If wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited.
• Eligible games and bets: Not all games or bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type are specified in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may apply to your account at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting or any other method intended to extract bonus value without genuine play — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

Real money funds deposited to your account are used before bonus funds in all cases. Withdrawing a deposit before completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any associated bonus.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on Top Bookies, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other available markets.

• A bet is confirmed only once you receive a bet confirmation message with a reference number. Bets that do not receive confirmation are not valid.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available for that market and is exercised before the event concludes.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Live in-play odds may fluctuate rapidly and the odds at the moment of confirmation apply.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets are settled according to the standard rules for that market. In most cases, bets on postponed events are voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled within a stated period.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — Top Bookies reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This determination is made at the sole discretion of the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, market type and account status. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Top Bookies reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse bets from any account without being required to provide a reason.

8. Casino and Games

The Top Bookies game lobby includes slots, Megaways, jackpot games, live casino, crash games and instant win titles supplied by certified third-party software providers. All games use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game interface or in the provider's documentation.

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG systems outside the control of Top Bookies.

• Engaging in any conduct that is threatening, abusive or harmful toward support staff or other users.

Top Bookies monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the relevant account and associated funds may be placed on hold.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Top Bookies platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software and promotional materials — is the property of Top Bookies or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are permitted to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written permission from Top Bookies.

Game content within the game lobby remains the intellectual property of the respective software providers. Use of that content is governed by the provider's own terms, which apply in addition to these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Account Suspension and Closure

• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other prohibited conduct.
• The account holder has provided false information that cannot be corrected.

• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been completed.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Top Bookies will notify you of the reason for closure where it is lawful to do so.

14. Changes to These Terms
